10.12.2021 Orange you glad it’s October?

The last several days have been mostly cloudy, especially in the morning when overcast has ruled the sky. But the color won’t last forever so I am making the best of it despite uninteresting skies and flat light.

The gradations of color in the tree are attractive. It’s not just ‘orange,’ like a pumpkin; it’s red-orange, pinkish-orange, and yellow-touched orange. Very nice.

    • When you pick up a leaf, most times they are varying shades of the primary color. This tree had so many gradations it just glowed with them all. I prefer this overcast light rather than the direct sun. Richer and more saturated naturally. Thanks.
