The “folds” in the distant water echo those in the sky.

You very nearly have a nice, defined sun pillar. To have captured one is good. To have captured one and its reflection is even better.

I came close but no sun cigar. This is a great spot for sunrise and its reflection. One of these days I’ll get that pillar of fire. Earlier in my days of photography (2004) I did get one but not a very good film capture.
