Nice Snowy Mount Norwottuck image Steve! Living in central New Jersey now I do not see any mountains here to photograph so I enjoy seeing yours!!

Thanks, Reed! New Jersey is kind of flat.

In viewing the smaller version (and not connecting to the post’s title) I mistook the snow for rock. Upon enlarging the image I saw the “rock” become snow.

I didn’t see it as rock but then I was there right after a snow. Glad that you enlarged it.

Just beautiful, Steve. I love the dramatic sky paired with the subtle foreground.

I especially like your ‘slant’ on this view of the land.

It is a somewhat oddly shaped mountain. Thank you, Laurentide Ice Sheet!

How clever of you to arrange for a dusting of snow to highlight a lovely landscape photograph!

Well, I have been wishing for some snow so maybe it was clever to wish. I saw the mountains from a different spot and thought they would look good from Mount Pollux but once there only Norwottuck could be lined up but that worked out just fine. Thanks, Wally!
