I am a Nature Photographer with interests in all things related. Water, flowers, insects and fungi are my main interests but I am happy to photograph wildlife and landscapes and all other of Nature's subjects.
That’s a beautiful sky. I like the way the two trees seem to be inclined toward one another, too. They create a feeling of companionship, or even suggest a parent and child.
The trees grow slowly on the rocks by the ocean so those two have been there for quite while. They may rely on each other for support during the cold winter gales that come off the water. I’ve seen some nice skies/sunrises from this spot.
Too bad it’s Wordless Wednesday or I’d have to say “Wow!”.

Very impressive photo of a location that I don’t know. Is the lake part of the Great Lakes?

Acadia is a national park in Maine and that’s the Mount Desert Narrows which is coming in from the Atlantic Ocean to Frenchman’s Bay in Bar Harbor..

Thanks, Tina. We had to cancel our trip this year but had we gone I’d be posting another shot from here as it is a favorite place for sunrise.

Gald you do. Cadillac Mountain is a bit behind us here. Schooner Head overlooks the Mount Desert Narrows.
