12.14.2021 That was a big whoops!!!!!

For anyone who saw this morning’s post, I have no explanation for what happened.  The image looked okay on my phone but somehow looked just awful once uploaded to the internet, both here and on Facebook.

Anyway, for those of you who had your eyes insulted by that abomination, here’s something to lessen the insult.  🙂  And if you didn’t see it consider yourself fortunate.  Yech!

Mill Valley Road in Hadley, MA. The spot where I stood for this image is now posted.  Behind me is US F&W land and if I ever shoot this again I guess it’ll be from a few steps back.

Magnificent. And now I don’t feel so bad about the way my photos turned out in my post. My photos, unlike yours, were not great to start with but I was disappointed about the way they turned out in my post.

What a wonderful sky – and a beautiful image, as yours usually are. 🙂 (I didn’t see the other one.)

It’s been a year since I moved, and I still haven’t found a new spot for sunset (or sunrise) photos. This series you’ve been posting ought to be encouragement enough to get with it. This is glorious.

    • There must be some spots nearby, especially for sunsets. I’ll bet you find one soon. I’d like to find some different ones. This was new to me although I drive by it often. Sadly now it’s posted so the search continues. Thanks, Linda!
