Bullfrog on a pad…sort of.

These guys are always smiling although it often seems a wry smile.Β  I should start bringing a bag of flies with me.

  2. Bringing snacks is a good idea, change their expression to a fly-on-rye smile.

I am sure the flies would be appreciated but this bullfrog seems well-fed and content , and without need of extra rations.

I am a day late for my frog fix. It still feels just as good to view a handsome frog on Saturday! Keep ’em coming Steve!!

It seems he might get a bit of extra water this weekend. Granted, that might not be as good as flies, but beggars, choosers, and all that.

    • Yeah, we are in store for a bit of precip. The path, as of a short time ago, is predicted to stay a little west of us so we should not see the brunt of it. It could also trend east. If they average it out we are in the bullseye. Whatever happens won’t be until mid-afternoon locally. The length of the stems of his pad might be stressed a bit if the water rises too high.
