It took me a while to notice the small bubble tangent to the large bubble. Do you have a sense of how common ice bubble tangency is?

It can be frequent but I cannot say why. Often I find several grouped together and other time just one solitary. I’ve posted several if you search bubbles.

Fabulous! The circles and curves and the textures in the ice are delightful.

The colored curves and lines are eye-catching. Granted, there’s some purple, but it still occurred to me that the perfect song for this one would be “Crystal Blue Invasions.”

It is mostly blue so I do think your title applies. We used to have performers come to our now non-existent Mountain Park and Tommy James and the Shondells were one group we saw there.

Wonderful. It looks to me like an eye, and it somehow particularly reminds me of a frog’s eye.

Guess I could have posted it as Froig Friday. Thanks, Gary!

You should have a dram of Laphroaig (maybe on ice, but I prefer neat) to help to celebrate your frozen successes.
