Almost monochrome but I like the hint of color in the trees.

I keep looking for a snowy owl hidden in those beautiful branches.

  2. The brown is a nice touch, and I also detect some pale blue in the sky beyond the main tree trunks.

Along the lines of my previous comment: my eyes are first drawn to the snow-covered crowns of the evergreens. As my glance scans down from there, it keeps getting stuck at the line where the snow on the ground meets the bases of the lowest bushes.

That’s what I call heavy-laden. My eyes are drawn to the opening beneath the trees. I wonder what it would be like to view the evergreens from beneath the canopy of foliage and snow?

This is classic Gingold gold, to me. I wish it all fit on my screen at once! I love the delicate filigree of the nearer tree against the bulkier branches.

Lovely snowy scene, particularly the snow on the pines.

It’s a beautiful scene, well photographed. I especially like the contrast between the heavy-laden braches and the lightness of the snow-covered shrubbery.
