It’s a floating island.

That comes close to the reality if this was in the actual reservoir where many hills are now islands as in this example.

The fog looks like tendrils of smoke from that distant and delicate fire.

It does. I like when there is wispy fog on the landscape and it isn’t unusual to find it from this viewpoint.

That works. On the other hand it reminds me of the creamsicle shakes I used to make with orange soda and vanilla ice cream. Maybe raspberry instead of orange? 🙂
