  1. At first the leaning trees made me feel that the picture is tilted, even though it’s not.

    I especially enjoy the way the two V-shaped forms (fog and land) meet at that somewhat amorphous point. It’s interesting that I didn’t see the any tilting in the image. In fact, the trees seem amost incidental.

    • Thanks for noticing that. It was a big reason, along with the illumination, why I made this image. WHen I processed this I thought of the trees as naturally tilting but can see where that might look distorted to another viewer.
