What a lovely and serene image. I think I could sit there for a very long time and just be in the moment.

    • Thanks, Lori. As a photographer I think of the image first because the light doesn’t last that long. But I did spend a little time afterward doing just what you say. It’s a quiet spot most times and a good place to lean against a tree and reflect. 🙂

I agree with Michael, this puts a smile on my face, as well. There’s always something appealing to these types of shots, very peaceful, calm, and reflective (sorry).

    • Thanks, Todd. No sorry needed….I just did the same in my reply to Lori above. 🙂 I smiled broadly as I drove along the dirt road and saw this across the water. I’ve photographed similar here before but this is my favorite of the few.
