09.19.2019 Carter Pond Rocks circa 2014

Here is another foliage memory from a few years ago.  Carter Pond is located in the Rock House Reservation, a The Trustees of Reservations property in West Brookfield, MA.  I visit it most years and various compositions have appeared on this blog a few times.

This is a re-edit mostly to burn the top of the rocks.

Beautiful in the stillness of the water. Some weeks to go here before the colours arrive!

Gorgeous colours! We get very few reds in this part of the UK – mostly just yellow autumn leaves, so I’m rather envious. 🙂
