  1. With reference to your title, I hope you still had some feeling left in your fingers after you finished. And speaking of another title, some time after you spied this waterfall you were the spy who came in from the cold.

    Remember that famous optical illusion called Rubin’s vase, where you can see either a vase or a face in the image, depending? When I looked at this photo, I had the same experience. In the center right, I see either a sharply delineated standing wave, or the smooth layer of ice beneath the hanging ice. I keep shifting back and forth — it’s really a neat effect.
