02.04.2019 The aforementioned sunrise

There will be more ice, but here’s something to warm us up.

Another roadside sunrise in New Salem.  We’re looking across the New Salem Orchard and North Quabbin.

  1. I hope it did indeed warm you up. 72° is doing that for us in Austin now.

We’re actually hoping for less warmth here. Warm air and cold water have kept us fogged in for days, and we’ve got another two or three to go before a front arrives. In another hour, there will be zero visibility again. So, no pretty sunrises for us. I’m glad to have yours to enjoy, instead.

    • The other side of the fence sounds good to me. I love thick fogs but I’d imagine that if we had several days in a row it might lose a touch of its appeal. I’m glad I was able to remind you what a sunrise looks like.
