About Steve Gingold
I am a Nature Photographer with interests in all things related. Water, flowers, insects and fungi are my main interests but I am happy to photograph wildlife and landscapes and all other of Nature's subjects.
Same vantage as the other day with a larger lens (or greater crop)? Or, is this yet another view of the mountain from a different location? Beautiful shot. Beautiful, soft, tones. Like it very well. Nice geometry going on, all about.

All the same but the lens. 300+1.4 teleconverter. I do want to visit other locations with a view of the mountain. I have tried a couple of others with the mountain the the east rather than the north as here.

That is striking indeed. I would probably be crying tears in front of this magnitute.

Thanks, Bee. I am always in awe of beauty like this. Tears would have frozen though. 🙂

Thanks, Charlie. Beginning of the day, actually. I rarely photograph sunset which makes no sense because both ends of the day are filled with beauty.

The hills look laced together. It’s almost as though, if you tugged really hard, the clouds would meet the foreground trees, and the mountain would disappear.

I guess I’ll have to do a panoramic image of this spot and then it would be stitched together as in your vision.
