Here’s the second image from my visit to Amethyst Brook on July 4th.
I’ve not much to say today…should have saved this for Wordless Wednesday. I’m sure I can come up with something to post tomorrow. 🙂
I’m sure you can do it. It goes without saying for wordless wednesday. 🙂

That rock on the rock looks for all the world like a shoebill stork. Well, at least that’s what I see.
And along similar lines, I independently saw the object as the sole of a shoe.
I saw that right away too. I debated the framing, but didn’t want the right side flow to draw attention so nipped the edges of the rock which is questionable composing, I suppose.
And that would be the rock on the right that looks like a shoebill or a shoe sole, but I guess everyone figured that out.

That is one cool-looking bird. I do see the resemblance.
I am laughing about what others see in this photo. All I’m going to say- the rocks look dangerous and the water turbulent. I like the B&W rendition very much.
Thanks, Yvonne. I don’t always see things like shoe soles in my images, but I am easily influenced by the power of suggestion. 🙂
Actually, I also see the rock in question as a fish.
